1. Lawfulness, fairness, and transparency:
Jinni AI processes personal data lawfully, fairly, and in a transparent manner. We only collect and process data for the legitimate purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.

2. Purpose limitation:
Your data is being deleted when no longer needed. Jinni AI uses your data to provide you with a personalized AI Assistant service on WhatsApp. We do not use this data for any other purpose unless we obtain your consent.

3. Data minimization:
We only collect and process the minimal amount of data necessary for our service. This includes your messages, which are temporarily stored to provide conversational context and are deleted when no longer needed.

4. Accuracy:
We take every reasonable step to update or remove data that is inaccurate or incomplete. Users are encouraged to check their data periodically to ensure it is accurate and up to date.

5. Storage limitation:
Your personal data is stored no longer than necessary. Messages are deleted when they are no longer needed for providing our service.

Your data is processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security. We use suitable measures to protect your data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way.

10. Data transfers:
Your messages are directly sent to OpenAI via an API and processed there. OpenAI explicitly does not store or train their models with data from the API. Your personal data and payment information are securely stored in Stripe, and all subscriptions are managed by Stripe. You can request to cancel your subscription and erase your data at any time.
